Plein Air Oil Painting Sessions

CALLING LOCAL OIL PAINTERS! If you're interested in painting alongside fellow artists, come join us on May 9th and 16th to come paint with a group of other intermediate oil painters, led by Dordt University's Chadd Caldwell! Both sessions will be held from 9-11AM. The first session will be held at Heritage Village (701 2nd Ave SW) in Sioux Center. The second session will be held on the front lawn of Chadd's home (430 Central Ave SW) in Orange City. The first session will give you the quiet atmosphere of Heritage Village in the morning hours, while the second the second session will put you on the Orange City's scenic Central Ave while the tulips are in bloom!

Your admission ticket will be valid for both dates, please come to both if you are able! Please bring your own painting supplies, as well. If you do not have adequate painting supplies, you may pay a $20 fee to receive some upon arrival. Please email info@orangecityarts.org or arts@siouxcenter.org if you have questions. We hope to see you there!
